Ingredients:  1000 mg USP Micronized Progesterone, Extracts of Wild Yam, Red Clover Extract, Red Raspberry, Dandelion Root and Leaf, Aloe Vera, Essential Oils, Lecithin, Chamomile Extract, Rosemary Extract, Uniphen, Purified Water.

Note: Each 1/4 tsp contains 20 mg of USP Micronized Progesterone and 20 mg Red Clover Extract (phyto-estrogen)

Directions for use: Apply 1/4 tsp twice daily on inner arms, wrists, palms of hands, neck, face or inner thighs. Use for 25 days straight, then take a 3-5 day break. Repeat monthly. Rotate areas of application. Dose may be increased for more severe menopausal symptoms.
